Data collection and usage
To use the LMS, you will need to provide certain personally identifiable information, including your full name and email address. This data is required to create and manage your user account, allow you to enrol in courses, and interact with support or administrators via the LMS. By submitting your personal data to the LMS, you consent to its use and processing as described in this privacy statement.

Data processing on the 360Learning platform
Please note that Sqills is not responsible for the data processing of account data. For information regarding the data processing of account-related data, we direct you to the privacy policy of 360Learning, which outlines the platform’s approach to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance.

Compliance with GDPR guidelines
We are committed to ensuring compliance with the GDPR. To achieve this, we follow a set of processes to safeguard your data:

Recurring check on user accounts
Every six months, we perform a check on the (in)activity of user accounts, and to ensure that the data, which includes the user's assigned roles, remains accurate and up to date.

Account Inactivity
Learner accounts for Sqills employees will be removed after 2 years of inactivity.

Learner accounts for external users will be removed after 1 year of inactivity.

Account Removal
Accounts will be removed under the following circumstances:

Inactivity: As specified in the "Account Inactivity" section.

Leaving the company: Accounts of individuals who have left Sqills, or the client company (for external users), will be removed.

Role Change: Accounts of individuals whose roles have changed and no longer require access will be removed.

Request for early data deletion
If a user requests the deletion of their data before the standard retention period, we will honour such requests within 30 days after the request was received. Users can make this request by sending an email to administration-360learning@sqills.com.

User responsibility notice

Account Updates
All platform users are responsible for notifying the platform administrators when their role within the platform should be modified.

Modification requests should be sent to administration-360learning@sqills.com.

Group Administrator Changes
Group administrators stepping down from their role must notify the platform administrators about their successor. This notification should be sent to administration-360learning@sqills.com. If no email is received, the current group administrator will be contacted to determine who will take over their role. Users who no longer act as group administrators but wish to remain on the platform will have their roles reduced to "Learner", or a different role when specified as such.

Exclusion of liability
The information provided within this platform is intended to inform users about the features, services, and offerings by Sqills. No rights can be derived from the content found in this platform. Sqills reserves the right to amend, update, or correct any information provided.

We do not accept liability for any damage or loss caused by inaccuracies or omissions in the information on this platform.

Availability
The content on this platform may change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure the maximum availability of the platform, we do not accept liability for any consequences resulting from the unavailability of information or services.

Intellectual property rights
All content and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Sqills or its licensors. Any reproduction of information from this LMS is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from Sqills.
