How do we make sure that our new colleague’s better understand our product?

Sqills hires incredibly enthusiastic and smart people, but we have an incredibly complex solution that is going to take some time to master. How can we optimally use our training materials to get people ready to contribute to our company much faster? How can we be sure (both internally and as a sign to our customers) that our new hires are up to speed with the materials?


Look at the current landscape and facilities and determine how we should set up our training environments. Can we start when we have a single trainee or should trainees work together in groups? How are we going to determine that trainees are ready to move on to new challenges? Do we offer certificates and if we do, how do we track what certificates the trainee has completed already.
