Ticket sales and customer support.

Syntus is a public transportation company operating since 1999. Syntus services include public transport by rail and busses operating in the eastern region of The Netherlands. Since 2012, Syntus is completely owned by French company Keolis. Sqills developed a custom self service solution for ticket sales and customer service.

Customers can manage traveller accounts, customer support issues and products bought. The self service solution is fully integrated with Syntus' CRM back office and third party physical production and distribution suppliers. The back office is used for product management. In addtion to the self service solution, a dynamic timetable publication service was developed for use in third party client systems. Its back office links media content to itinerary data to be automatically displayed during trips.
