For NS International, Sqills has implemented the corporate website (B2C and B2B) in GX Webmanager. GX Webmanager is a Content Management System, with which NS International can manage the content on their own website. Development has been done in close cooperation with the design agency, that created the website templates.
The NS International corporate websites offer the B2C and B2B customers information about the
rail-products that NS International sells for almost all European railway operators. Focus is on
servicing the customer by offering information and services for the complete orientation,
sales and aftersales flow. The website is tightly coupled with the booking system. A customer
who selected a certain railway product or destination, can switch to the booking system easily.
Already selected data is prefilled to help the customer while booking. This tight integration
with the booking engine has produced a result that drives conversion.
