Irish Rail has selected the S3 Passenger system to replace their entire national reservation, pricing, ticketing and distribution system. Sqills is a member of the implementation team led by Cubic Transportation Systems. Cubic, Rail Solutions and Sqills worked together to meet the requirements of 'Customer First' Programme.
The programme consolidates a series of technology initiatives which will transform the way Irish Rail transacts and interacts with customers. This includes quality customer relationship management, strong yield management matching supply and demand and enhanced seat reservation capabilities.
S3 Passenger is Sqills' modular software suite for orientation, reservation and multi-channel ticket distribution. The system handles multi-segment and multi-stopover passenger transport services, with or without reservation including sales of additional on-board services and after-sales operations of previously created bookings.
