Hispeed was searching for a technology partner to support the ICT and
e-commerce department in developing their online channel with booking /
reservation software and website.
Sqills services:
- Consultancy: Sqills provides technical analysis resources to support
the online commercial teams with technical solutions/designs based on
their requirements.
- Development: Sqills has developed software solutions for booking /
reservation of train tickets (online booking tool) including pricing
& business logic, self service applications, ticketing (digital
delivery) software and the NS Hispeed website.
- Maintenance & Support: NS Group has closed a Service level
Agreements (SLA) with Sqills for all developed applications/software
solutions on a 24/7 basis as these are all 'business critical'
applications. Furthermore application maintenance for the DTAP (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) environement is covered by the closed contracts.
